Neighbourhood Story Slam: Confessions

Queenstown’s only live storytelling event is back (we’ve missed you!). We’re stoked to be back where it all started – indoor and cozy at the Sherwood!

Neighbourhood Story Slam is a live community event in which storytellers can share a true, personal, lived 5-7 minute story on the night’s theme.

“CONFESSIONS”: Prepare a five-minute story about the truth that had to come out. The secret you kept, the love you confessed, a white lie that snowballed, or the moment you admitted something that changed everything. Maybe it was a crime, a guilty conscience, a family secret, an embarrassing mistake, or something you’ve never admitted until now.

Tell us about the weight of keeping a secret, the relief of letting it go, or the consequences of speaking up. Bless me, Story Slam, for I have stories.
