A Spring Unfurling: Yoga Nidra & Creative Movement
As we transition into spring, we explore the concept of the “seed”—watching our energy rise out of winter stagnation to stoke our inner creative fire.
We begin the afternoon by sharing a spring tea and collectively building a nature mandala. During this time, we will introduce the Koshas (the five layers of our being) and practice a self-massage designed to invite fluidity and spaciousness back into the body.
From this grounded space, you will enter a deep Yoga Nidra relaxation—our final winter hibernation. We will then gently wake the body, transitioning into an energising yoga practice and an open, free-movement flow, closing with grounding meditation.
This is a space to discover how your body wants to move as you unfurl, bloom, and reconnect with your natural vitality.

Mandala offerings: Anything you would like to add to our collective circle (e.g., foraged flowers, leaves, or unique stones).
