RESTAURANT BOOKING POLICY
A credit card will be required to confirm your booking and complete this booking process for parties larger than 6.
RESTAURANT BOOKINGS: NO FUNDS ARE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD EXCEPT IN THE FOLLOWING:
Any no-show will automatically be charged a fee of $40 pp. Any cancellation with LESS THAN 24h notice where we are unable to rebook the table as a direct result of said cancellation may incur a fee of $40pp, please call us as soon as possible as we understand unexpected situations do happen and a fee may be avoided. Bookings that arrive with less than the number of confirmed guests may be charged a fee of $40pp for each person not present, please call us as soon as possible to notify the change and a fee may be avoided.
ACCOMODATION: FLEXIBLE BOOKINGS
A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. A strict 48hr cancellation policy applies. If the booking is cancelled or modified before 12pm(noon) two days prior to your arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. These flexible terms do not apply to group bookings of five or more rooms.
ACCOMODATION: HOT DEAL BOOKINGS
Full payment is required at the time of the booking. If the booking is cancelled or modified, the total price of the reservation is non-refundable / non-transferable.
